Invoices are sent at the end of each month. Payment is due upon receipt and can be made by Venmo, check, or credit card.

How do I pay for services?

Services are provided throughout Davidson and Williamson Counties at libraries, schools and campuses, and other mutually convenient locations. Services are also delivered via FaceTime and Zoom.

Where do you work with students?

Yes, a nominal travel fee is charged for in-person services.

Yes, services are available throughout the school year and summer.

Sessions typically last 30-60 minutes and occur 1-2 times per week, although the frequency and duration depend largely on student goals.

What are the length and frequency of sessions?

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Magnolia Learning of all schedule changes. No-call or no-show appointments will incur a fee.
